I am someone who has always loved to cook and bake. I also love to share my creations with other people. It is a true joy of mine to make food for other people. Whether there’s something to celebrate, someone going through a hard time, or they just need a treat. Food has always been an integral part of my family, and some of my best memories come from cooking together. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
I love to think the kitchen is my happy place, that I’m calm and centered while I’m working on a recipe. The truth is – I’m a bitch! I’m a huge perfectionist when it comes to the kitchen and I like to be the one who works on each part of the recipe, because I know just how I like it. Now if that’s to my benefit or detriment is yet to be decided, but I try to work on it anyway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The reason I started this blog is to share recipes that I think are delicious and worth making. I don’t want to waste anyone’s time with a subpar recipe and I really don’t want to praise a recipe calling it “the best I’ve ever had” when really it’s…fine.
